This is what i’ve understand as really important.
Configurations for any app should be saved inside a readable text file.
Why? I’ve been recently using iterm2 and it gave me a pop up and I accidentally changed a config of something I don’t even remember.
This has caused my Claude code app to act funny and texts overlay happened in my terminal.
I searched a lot in my iterm2 configs and no matter how many changes I made, I couldn’t revert that problem.
This is why I migrated into Wezterm. A fully configurable terminal emulator via text!
